Solving the problem of how to measure the truth

During a meeting yesterday we reviewed the problem of how to calculate inductive rules. There was terrific discussion, in terms of helpful suggestions, questions, insights, and so on.

Last night and this morning I worked on this and have moved forward a few inches. Two sections have been added to the end of the document:

1. The decision to NOT use Bayes Rule
2. Requirements for calculating an inductive rule without using Bayes Rule
